What's your biggest challenge?

What's your biggest challenge?
JAN 19

Are you fearful or spunky? What drives you? Everyone, no matter how successful you perceive them to be, has had enormous challenges, whether physical, mental, emotional, financial or otherwise. The important part is never to lose hope and keep that vision in site. Falling down can be painful, just make sure you don't stay down, get up and try again.

For me a challenge is a great reward(s) turned inside out so let's take that leap and get in the game.  My creative juices get better with challenges, especially in areas where my interest is great. To succeed in business, at school, in athletics or really any endeavor you have to take many risks and face many challenges to get started and continue on that journey. Sometimes we lose all to start over, but there are always lessons learned. One sure thing is that you become a better driver to navigate and come out on the winning side.

A job challenge can sometimes be so much more in-depth, but here too, breaking it down with careful analysis and not being afraid to ask for help and use resources available can be a boon to getting a win-win solution as Steve Covey calls it.

If you choose to live safe and avoid the issues completely with little to no risk, life will get totally boring and you will wonder why you are not living your dreams.

Challenges definitely boost your confidence when handled properly and many jobs are now demanding that extra spunk from you. So whether you work that J.O.B. or are an entrepreneur,  you need that ability to handle these situations and think outside the box. It really helps in problem solving, first break down that challenge, don't over analyze and over think it. No one is perfect and there is no perfect situation so use knowledge, humor and sensibility to get you through.

Remember this, REGRETS OF THE DYING, number one is, I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me, taken from Inspiration and Chai. So take the challenges and risks needed to live fully before it is too late.

You will manage it and live to share the experience with someone who may need your support when they are challenged. Critical to this situation is avoiding the dream stealers; they are fearful and will influence you to inaction.

Opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition – such as lifting weights – we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity." – Steve Covey

What are you willing to risk to accomplish your dreams? What's your biggest challenge currently and how are you handling it or not dealing with it? Maybe we can work through it.
